Alykanas Beach Zakynthos

Alykanas beach also known as Alikanas beach, we find it in the north-eastern part of the beautiful Zakynthos Island, the capital is about eighteen kilometers to the south.

Located in the great Alykes gulf, we can almost venture that Alykanas beach is the continuation of Alykes beach and sometimes it is even difficult to understand what the border is. The whole area has a great archaeological importance as evidenced by the finds found, so as to suggest that the most ancient city of Zakynthos, the Mycenaean Arkadia, once existed right here.

Very simple, if you have a rental vehicle and you are independent, you will have to go north on the east coast, follow the road signs and you will have arrived.

On the contrary, if you don't feel like driving during your holiday in Zakynthos, there are public buses that go from the major tourist resorts to Alikanas. Consult the timetables and stops to organize your visit.
