Andros is an island in the Cycladic archipelago but differs from the sisters in that it has an identity all its own. It is the homeland of the Shipowners who, after the revolution of 1821 with a large merchant fleet, contributed to the development of the island.

It is the island where the Athenians often give themselves a weekend, seeing that with about two hours by ferry from the port of Rafina one can get there.

The specialty of today is one of the classic dishes of Andros, a super omelette with potatoes and sausage that you can also vary by adding why not vegetables.

A rich and substantial dish but quick to prepare. excellent as an alternative and above all that will save you in hectic moments where time is short.
